Philly Beer Week 2015

In an upper level Art Direction course, myself and four other worked together to redo Philly Beer Week’s advertising campaign. In order to learn more about Philly Beer Week we conducted intensive research and created surveys to learn about our target audience. Through our research we found that Philadelphia is one of the biggest beer drinking cities in america. Thus, we decided to create a campaign around the idea that “The beer stops here”.  Once it enters Philadelphia it rarely leaves because the people drink it all! We created an updated mobile app and website, billboards, pamphlets and online banners.

Mobile App

The new updated mobile application is much more organized and easy to navigate. With eight tabs the user can easily click on the icon and they will be taken directly to the page. The calendar will have events posted with the time of the events. To find out more info on the events and what to expect simply click on the events tab. The map will show you addresses of local breweries near you that are involved with Philly Beer week. The Transportation aspect is an easy way to find transpiration to and from the events without having to drive yourself there. 

Program & Handout

The Official Guide and The Sampler are two pamphlets that are given out at Philly Beer Week events. They are filled with information about upcoming events, maps of Philadelphia and the breweries that are involved. 

Website

The updated webpage is completely redesigned and more functional. The website corresponds to the mobile app making it easy for people to find information and navigate around. With fun facts and countdowns the website is now more friendly.
