
The app will allow its users to view fashion outfits that others loved and give them outfit ideas. The outfits will come directly from consumers that have posted their outfit ideas on our social media sites. The app will allow A&F customers to filter through outfits according to specific events they will be attending.

The ambient tactic will tie into the whole theme of finding your style. The bus shelters will be placed at mall bus stops and in large cities. Their will be mirrors that people will be able to look in so that they look like they are wearing the outfit shown on the bus shelter. The mirror will be angled down so people will be able to see themselves
Social Media
The social tactic will also be introduced and allow customers to engage with others who share the same interests in fashion. When people successfully find “their style” in Abercrombie & Fitch clothing they will be able to post their pictures on social media platforms. They will use the hash tag #MyA&Fstyle and their photo will automatically link to Abercrombie & Fitch’s
mobile fashion app.

In an upper level Art Direction class, I was asked to reposition and rebrand Abercrombie and Fitch. After thorough research I found that their brand might have been popular ten years ago but they have fallen short to their competitors.
My goal is to bring life to their brand.
Thus, I want to make their target larger and introduce a brand that will be inviting for women and men ages 17-26 who are interested in fashion and willing to spend money on nice clothing. I am going to position Abercrombie & Fitch as a high-end fashion retail store that is preppy, fashionable and modern.

I chose this simle web design because it is easy to navigate through. The fonts were clear and the tabs at the top were easy to find for the shopper. The bottom three boxes were the New arrivals which are important to shoppers who frequently shop at the store, the Abercrombie Kids tab reminds the shopper they offer kids clothing as well, and the new virtual dressing room .
